Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Vale of Glamorgan, Wales. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room.
