Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift.
