Urgent requirement: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Jefferson County, Ohio. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. Ideal candidate: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Day-to-day duties: • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters Full-time, day shift.
