Great opportunity: road roller operator (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a road roller operator in Menifee County, Kentucky. You will be based at a landfill site. On a typical shift you will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; check for underground cables and services before digging; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
