We are recruiting: we are hiring a smash repairer in Baca County, Colorado. The job is in a smash repair workshop. Requirements: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Day to day you will check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
