Vacancy available: we are hiring a press setter operator in Montgomery County, Missouri. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. Requirements: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes The role involves: • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
