Join our team: we are hiring an assembly line worker in Montgomery County, Iowa. You will work at an automotive parts factory. The role involves pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards. What we are looking for: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S 3+ years on the tools preferred.
