Join our team: argon welding operator (Pennsylvania)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination You will sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $17 per hour, based on your experience.
