Cnc lathe operator wanted in Amador County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Amador County, California. Ideal candidate: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T The role involves: • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
