Join our team: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Blackpool, England. You will work at a manufacturing plant. You should have: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Your main tasks: • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. £2,850 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
