Sausage maker wanted in Mellette County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Mellette County, South Dakota. The job is at a halal meat counter. On a typical shift you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
