Join our team: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Pembina County, North Dakota. The job is at an automotive body and exhaust shop. Day-to-day duties: • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding Ideal candidate: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
