Now hiring: we are hiring a glass cutter in Carbon County, Montana. On a typical shift you will clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film; replace cracked or broken window panes; secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points; read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames. You should have: • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift • Able to cut glass accurately to size Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
