Back-of-house cleaner — Clarion County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Clarion County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a banquet hall. Day to day you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
