Domestic gas engineer • Washington County, Alabama

Vacancy available: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Washington County, Alabama. The job is at a heating and plumbing contractor. You will complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate. You should have: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces We offer $20 per hour plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
