Pastry baker wanted in Butte County

Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Butte County, Idaho. You will work at a cake shop. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $22 per hour plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
