Your main tasks: • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers Ideal candidate: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Full-time with occasional weekends.
