Concrete placer — Obion County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete placer in Obion County, Tennessee. You will work at a precast concrete yard. On a typical shift you will strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout. Ideal candidate: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
