Dishwashing attendant wanted in Sabine Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Sabine Parish, Louisiana. On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 2+ years on the tools preferred.
