Gang bricklayer — Johnson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Johnson County, Kentucky. You will be based on a commercial construction site. The role involves mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod. You should have: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
