Ladle pourer wanted in Union County

Join our team: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Union County, South Carolina. You will be based in the fettling and dressing shop. On a typical shift you will pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand. Ideal candidate: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
