Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in McLean County, North Dakota. The role involves: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper Requirements: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
