Powder coating technician • Greensville County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Greensville County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
