Safety inspector wanted in York County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety inspector in York County, Nebraska. Your main tasks: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges You should have: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Rotating shifts.
