Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Mineral County, Colorado. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings On the job you will handle: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job 5+ years on the tools preferred.
