Sausage maker wanted in Clay County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Clay County, Arkansas. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day-to-day duties: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Meals and transport allowance provided.
