Fabrication workshop technician • Sandoval County, New Mexico

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Sandoval County, New Mexico. You will be based at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Your main tasks: • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square You should have: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $210 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
