Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Opobo/Nkoro, Rivers State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
