What we are looking for: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium You will inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run.
