You will charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; fault-find control boards and defrost timers; clean condenser and evaporator coils; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter.
