Now hiring: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Dubois County, Indiana. The role involves: • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls Ideal candidate: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits.
