We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Wheeler County, Georgia. The job is in a meat processing plant. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry You will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife.
