Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Marion County, Tennessee. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On a typical shift you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
