Urgent requirement: rigger (Arkansas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rigger in Crawford County, Arkansas. You will work at a shipyard. Requirements: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Day-to-day duties: • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight Six days a week, one day off.
