Visual inspection operator wanted in Clackamas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Clackamas County, Oregon. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. You will draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting. You should have: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
