Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Swift County, Minnesota. The job is in a hospital canteen. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature 2+ years on the tools preferred.
