Great opportunity: we are hiring a smash repairer in Dent County, Missouri. You will be based at an accident repair garage. Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding The role involves mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line.
