Now hiring: elevator repair technician (Nasarawa State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Wamba, Nasarawa State. You will be based on a lift modernisation project. Day to day you will test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; run load and overload tests with test weights; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; measure rope tension and check for broken strands. What we are looking for: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer ₦1,350 per hour plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
