Meat trimmer wanted in Safana

Join our team: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Safana, Katsina State. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Six days a week, one day off. ₦140,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
