You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances On a typical shift you will set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing.
