Marble mason — Southend-on-Sea

Vacancy available: we are hiring a marble mason in Southend-on-Sea, England. Day to day you will level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat; measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting; fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps; shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels; cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. £140 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
