Glass and glazing technician — Cherry County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a glass and glazing technician in Cherry County, Nebraska. You will work at a glass and aluminium factory. Day-to-day duties: • Glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions • Install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film What we are looking for: • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Own basic hand tools an advantage 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $260 per day, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
