Machinist • Langlade County, Wisconsin

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machinist in Langlade County, Wisconsin. You will be based on a ready-made garment production line. Day-to-day duties: • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation What we are looking for: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
