Power press operator • Snyder County, Pennsylvania

We are recruiting: we are hiring a power press operator in Snyder County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a white goods manufacturing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely Requirements: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Full-time with occasional weekends.
