Immediate opening: QC inspector (South Dakota)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a QC inspector in Jones County, South Dakota. You will work at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping On a typical shift you will measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
