On a typical shift you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings.
