Great opportunity: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Jessamine County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles You will inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Share your details and we will call you back.
