Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Benton County, Iowa. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Full-time with occasional weekends.
