Dishwashing attendant — Lancaster County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Lancaster County, Virginia. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On the job you will handle: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard 6+ years on the tools preferred.
