What we are looking for: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports You will mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
